Format options:

       /EXTERNAL_REFERENCES
       /NOEXTERNAL_REFERENCES (default)

    Specifies whether CDO checks all relationships where either the
    owner or member is outside the repository you specified.

    When you also specify the /FIX qualifier, the /EXTERNAL_
    REFERENCES qualifier fixes the errors it detects.
