Choose the File menu to perform the following
  operations:

  o  Create a new library or element
  o  Open (or set) a library
  o  Fetch a library element
  o  Reserve an element
  o  Replace an element
  o  Unreserve an element
  o  Close a library
  o  Specify a default directory
  o  Close a view window when there are
     multiple windows open
  o  End the CMS session

  Choose a menu item from the File menu to perform the
  desired action.
