 	Explanation:

 	Unable to export <principal> because it is on the DCE EXPORT
 	exclude list. This message is displayed only if /INFORM is
 	specified on the EXPORT command line.

 	User Action:

 	If incorrectly excluded, use DELETE/EXCLUDE to remove it from the
 	DCE EXPORT exclude list and reexport.
