Adds OpenVMS usernames. The ADD command can only be used
 with the following qualifier:

    o  ADD/EXCLUDE	Adds an OpenVMS username to the IMPORT exclude
 		        list (see /EXCLUDE).

1    /EXCLUDE

 Adds an OpenVMS username to the IMPORT exclude list.

    Format:

    ADD/EXCLUDE  USERNAME

 username

    Specifies the name of the OpenVMS account to be added to
    the IMPORT exclude list.
