1    /FORM_NAME

  library_spec/FORM_NAME=(form_name,...)

  Specifies  a  form  to be deleted from the library.  To specify  more
  than one form enclose  the  list  in parentheses.  This  qualifier is
  required for the FMS/LIBRARY/DELETE command.

2    /LOG

  /LOG
  /NOLOG (D)

  Produces  a  log  of  forms  deleted on the device  SYS$OUTPUT.   The
  /NOLOG qualifier disables logging.
