DEC DATATRIEVE Client for Windows is a Windows application
   which provides a user-friendly graphical interface, on
   Personal Computers running Microsoft Windows, for performing
   DEC DATATRIEVE operations on a connected server.

   DEC DATATRIEVE Client for Windows is layered on and requires
   the DEC DATATRIEVE Version 7.0 or later software which contains the
   Extended Client-Server API and takes care of the client-server
   connection and communications.
