    Specifies the virtual keyboard for which the input is to be
    canceled. The keyboard-id argument is the address of an unsigned
    longword that contains the keyboard identifier.

    The keyboard identifier is returned by SMG$CREATE_VIRTUAL_
    KEYBOARD.
