Syntax:  CHECK LANGUAGE HELP defined_language

  Detects and reports invalid topic strings associated with a language.

  By default, LSE uses the language associated with the current buffer.
  A topic string is invalid if there is no corresponding HELP text in
  the HELP library for the language for the topic string.
