Syntax:  EXTRACT ADJUSTMENT adjustment_name_wild language_name_wild

  Extracts the definition of an adjustment and formats it as portable
  commands.

  LSE inserts the indicated definitions at the end of the current
  buffer in a form that lets them be executed with the EXECUTE BUFFER
  PLSE command.
