Syntax:  NEW LEARN KEY user_key_name

  Binds a sequence of keystrokes to a key.

  Type the keystroke sequence (called a learn sequence) after the
  command and indicated key.  To end the learn sequence, press the key
  for which you are defining the sequence.

  When executing the learn sequence, LSE includes your responses to all
  prompts but does not prompt you again.  (For example, such
  information as the string for a SEARCH command.)
