Syntax:  SAVE ENVIRONMENT file_spec

  Saves all language definitions, including placeholders, tokens,
  aliases, routines, adjustments, and packages in an environment file.

  This command reduces the startup time for LSE over executing the
  language definitions in an initialization file each time LSE is
  invoked.
