Creates a schedule definition and stores it in the transfer
    database. The schedule definition specifies when and how often
    a transfer should execute. A transfer can have only one schedule
    definition associated with it. Replication Option returns an
    error if you attempt to define a schedule for a transfer that
    already has one.
