1  –  old-offset-start

    Specifies the hexadecimal offset address of the first byte in the
    data sequence to be moved.

2  –  old-offset-end

    Specifies the hexadecimal offset address of the last byte in the
    data sequence to be moved.

3  –  new-offset

    Specifies the hexadecimal offset address of the first byte in the
    sequence of bytes receiving the moved data.
