This screen provides online information about all "continuous"
LogMiner(tm) (usually form the RMU /UNLOAD /AFTER_JOURNAL
/CONTINUOUS command) processes. Most of the information displayed
on the screen is obtained in real time, which means that the
display is automatically updated as "continuous" LogMiner
processes read and extract after-image journal files.
The LogMiner Information screen contains multiple pages, the
number of which is determined by the number of processes running
the "continuous" LogMiner. The pages can be scrolled by using the
right angle bracket (>) key to go to the next page, or by using
the left angle bracket (<) key to go to the previous page.
The following columns provide information about processes running
the "continuous" LogMiner.
o Process.ID - The process ID and Stream ID of the Continuous
LogMiner process.
o State - The current Continuous LogMiner processing state. One
of the following:
o Inactive - Processing has not yet completed initialization
o Hibernating - Waiting for after-image journal write
activity
o Polling - Sleep/poll state while waiting for after-image
journal writing activity; after a short while, if no after-
image journal writing occurs, the Continuous LogMiner will
enter the "Hibernating" state
o Extracting - Extracting changes from one or more
transactions from the after-image journal
o SeqNum - Sequence number of the journal currently being
processed
o CurrVBN - Virtual block number of the last AIJ block read
This screen is available only if the Continuous LogMiner feature
is enabled for the database.
You cannot use the information contained in this screen on the
Custom Statistics screen.
Because the AIJ Journal Information screen provides real-time
information, the output is not recorded in the binary output file
produced using the Output qualifier. Consequently, this screen
is not available when you replay a binary file using the Input
qualifier.
