Returns the complex exponent of its argument.

    This function is supported on OpenVMS Integrity servers and
    Alpha only.

    A complex value.

2  –  Description

    The cexp functions compute the complex exponential value of
    z, defined as e**z, where e is the constant used as a base for
    natural logarithms.
